Problem with chromecasting

I love that it can live stream and has my favorite shows "Mysteries at the Museum" to watch anytime i want. Plus, signing in to my tv provider is so easy! Unlike Showtime app. But the casting to my tv in live streaming is the issue. Everything will be fine for about an hour and then the casting will just crash. Then it takes several attempts to recast. The app and the casting device will connect, but it says nothing has been selected to cast. I hit "watch live" again and it will disconnect the connection, all the while watching live was selected to view but no live tv showing-just the channels icon. So i either i get an icon on my tv or it disconnects.
